Booking terms

Prices

Website prices are starting prices. The final price may change depending on the property’s size, condition, access and the agreed cleaning requirements. Any change will be discussed before work begins.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once the date, time, service and price basis have been agreed. Payment is due as agreed for the booking, normally on completion unless stated otherwise.

Access and parking

The customer must provide safe access to the property. Free parking or a visitor permit should be provided where possible. Any necessary paid parking will be agreed before the appointment.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or moving an appointment. A charge may apply to late cancellations or where access cannot be gained at the agreed time.

Property condition and exclusions

Hazardous waste, needles, bodily fluids, severe infestations, uncontrolled mould, dangerous materials and unsafe environments are not included unless expressly agreed with suitable precautions. Heavy items will not be moved where doing so would be unsafe.

Concerns and re-cleans

Please report a genuine concern as soon as reasonably possible after the clean. Where something from the agreed checklist was missed, RC Cleaning Solutions will consider a reasonable re-clean arrangement.
